At Toko Kalimantan you have the right to return your order within 14 days without stating reasons, with the exception of frozen products and fresh food.

The order amount due will be refunded within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.

Please note: delivery costs as a result of the return are for the account of the customer.

Shipment

• Within the Netherlands it takes about 2-3 working days before your package is shipped.
• You can easily track your package via Track & Trace.
